Hugh Williamson, Ph.D., P.Eng.

Hugh Williamson is a professional engineer with many years of experience in the measurement, analysis and control of noise and vibration. Since founding the company in 1997 he has provided consulting services to a wide variety of clients including National Archives of Canada, Ottawa-Carleton Housing, Delcan and Armbro Construction. His career includes extensive periods in industry as well as university level research and teaching. He is a former Director of the Acoustics and Vibration Unit at the Australian Defence Force Academy. He has published over 50 engineering and scientific papers and has been an invited speaker on noise and vibration at national and international conferences. He has more than 15 years of experience as a consultant to clients in building, manufacturing, public transportation and defence industries.
